Shipping, Handling, and Refund Policy
Domestic Shipping:
Your order is carefully prepared for shipping using top-quality new and/or recycled materials. We make every effort to ship your merchandise within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Available Shipping Methods:
We ship in the US and Canada by USPS. We usually use Priority mail.
We charge a flat fee for all orders - currently $6.00 US. This covers your packaging, handling and shipping costs regardless of the amount you order. If you order a larger amount of products, your shipping costs will not increase.
International Orders Shipping:
Orders placed for shipment outside the US or Canada must be approved by our customer service staff prior to placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee service in your area.
Shipping costs should be estimated and provided for you by our customer service staff before you place your order. If you place an order requiring international shipping and you do not clear with our staff in advance, you may experience a delay in receiving your order while we make certain your order can be filled and shipped. We may also need to contact you and require further payment before the order can be shipped if the shipping charges are substantially higher to your area of the planet.
Out of Stock:
We attempt to keep our inventory records up-to-date and display "out of stock" warnings for any items that are not available before you place your order. In the event that a product you order is unexpectedly out of stock, a customer service specialist will contact you at the email address you've provided.
Refunds:
Every product we sell has gone through a rigorous quality control process to assure you are getting a superior product. We stand behind our products 100%.
Refunds will be issued, less shipping costs, for any product returned to us in its original condition within 15 days of when it left our facility.
